Visibility: Are Your Clients Finding What They’re Looking For?

You've taken the time to brand yourself and your business. It's successful! And best of all, it looks pretty. People really, really resonate with what you do and the vibes your business is throwing down. But are you making sure to always ask yourself- Are my clients finding what they’re looking for? In any marketing funnel like social, email and your website, it may look great, but is your audience converting into customers or clients? Here are Content Creative's top ways to make sure your services and products are top of mind and visible on all fronts.

Treat Social Like Mini-Websites

Real talk: Social platforms are mini-websites for your business! Treat them like that. Fill out every text box, utilize each feature and checkmark all of the boxes. Do this especially with Facebook where every inch of the page is meant to display all the necessary information your audience needs.

For Instagram, we recommend placing story items like your menu and services into highlights. That way all the necessary information to influence a purchase decision is at the literal top of profile and mind for your customer or client.

Let's not forget about Pinterest! The boards are meant to segment all the components of your brand and product offers. Make sure that not only the vibes are captured in your brand's boards but make a board specifically to highlight what you offer, the pricing and pictures associated. That way a person may visit your Pinterest profile for another board initially but will be drawn to your informational boards to learn more about your business.

Press The Refresh Button On Your Website

Just like the mini-websites, take a second to look at your actual website! Are the services or products a little hidden or hard to find? Time to do a little rearranging! Make sure the services are at the top of your menu and prominent in all your pages by adding language and a link in your footer to draw your audience in.

You may even want to consider refreshing those pages while you're at it! Make sure the messaging and images are consistent with what is going out on social. Go into more detail about each offering and make sure every existing link works!

Another great addition to your website? Adding an FAQ page! By having these answers to repetitive questions at the ready, you can always direct your audience to this page and cut your response times in half! That is a true win-win for both you and your audience.
